Unblock a file PowerShell/Windows Terminal Method

Step 1.

Right click on start menu or press WIN+X


Step 2. 

Select Windows Powershell (Administrator) / Windows Terminal (Administrator) and authenticate with staff credentials.


Step 3.

Navigate to the folder that contains the file in question.


Step 4.

Type the following command:

To Unblock all the files in a folder and subfolders:
